By downloading, installing, or using the Bundle Wood mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of Services

Bundle Wood grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

Users must register and maintain accurate account information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Ordering and Payments

Orders placed via the App must be confirmed through the payment gateway. All transactions are processed securely, and you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout. Order IDs follow the format OD-1770797875 (Friday, September 12, 2025, at 10:57:55 AM UTC).

5. Product Availability and Delivery

Products are listed based on the seller's inventory and delivery radius. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or delivery constraints.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate any applicable laws. Bundle Wood may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on the App are the property of Bundle Wood or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

8. Dispute Resolution

Users may raise disputes via the in-app support feature. Bundle Wood will investigate and respond within 7 working days.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
